The SOFAR 125KTLX-G4 is a high-efficiency, three-phase inverter designed for industrial and commercial solar applications. It operates at a maximum efficiency of 98.6% and supports a maximum DC input voltage of 1100 V. This model features 10 MPPTs with a 150%+ DC overload capability, allowing optimal energy harvesting from multiple solar arrays.

It includes advanced features like Type II surge protection on both DC and AC sides, arc fault detection, and a self-powered AC/DC supply for 24-hour monitoring. The IP66-rated design ensures durability in outdoor environments, and it offers RS485, Wi-Fi, and Modbus communication for remote monitoring​
